彩色多普勒超声检查确诊胎儿畸形类的临床分析

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查确诊胎儿畸形的应用价值。方法对125例孕18~41周的妇女采用实时彩色多普勒超声仪进行系统检查。结果共出现胎儿畸形6例,发生率为4.8%,随着年龄的增大,胎儿畸形发生的概率越来越高;其中超声检查确诊为胎儿畸形5例,胎儿缺陷的超声诊断与产后临床符合率为100%,漏诊1例。结论彩色多普勒超声可发现大多数的胎儿形态结构异常,在胎儿畸形产前筛查中有重要的诊断价值,值得临床推广。

Clinical Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasound for the Examination of Confirmed Malformation Fetus

Objective To evaluate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound for precise diagnosis of fetal malformation.Methods 125 cases of pregnant women with 18 ~ 41 weeks were taken for real-time color Doppler system checks.Results Of 125 cases,a total of 6 cases had fetal abnormalities with the incidence rate of 4.8%.Following the increasing age,pregnant women had higher and higher probability of fetal malformation.Of these checks,ultrasound diagnosis found 5 cases of fetal malformation,the compliance rate of ultrasound diagnosis of fetal defects reached 100% to that of post-natal clinic,except for one misdiagnosed case.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can find the majority of fetal morphological abnormalities in prenatal screening for fetal abnormalities,which has important diagnostic value,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
