| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定卡比马唑片中卡比马唑的含量。方法反相液相色谱法。色谱柱XDB-C18,柱温40℃,甲醇∶水（80∶20）为流动相,检测波长为254nm。结果卡比马唑在0.6～6.0μg/mL的浓度范围内,线性关系良好。该方法测定卡比马唑片中卡比马唑的加样回收率为98.2%～99.8%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、稳定,可为卡比马唑片的质量控制及完善提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Carbimazole in CarbimazoleTablets.Methods Carbimazole was separated by a C18 column at 40℃ with a mobile phase of methanol-water（18∶82） and an UV detection wavelength of 254nm.Results The Carbimazole curve was linear in the range of 0.6～6.0μg/mL,with a corelation coefficient of 0.9991.The average recovery was 98.2%～99.8%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It can be one of the quality control methods. |
