碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对小鼠口腔唇部创伤的促愈合作用

摘    要:本研究用外科手术方法切除小鼠口腔唇部皮肤及粘膜,造成局部创伤,使用以基因工程方法生产的碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)涂擦创面。经病理组织学检查,创面完全愈合时间为4--5天,对照组、肝素组及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子加肝素联合使用组时间为9--10天。本文提示,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子有促进口腔唇部软组织创伤愈合的作用,肝素对碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的生物学活性有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:The skin and tunica mucosa of mice lips were cut off by surgical opera-tion. To the local wound of mice lips was applied the basic fibroblast growth factorwhich was produced by gene engineering method. The time to achieve a complete healingtook 4-5 days. The time for control group, bFGF heparin group and heparin grouptook 9-10 days. These resuits suggested that bFGF had an accelerat healing effect to thelip tissue of mice. Obviously heparin can inhibit the biological activity of basic fibro-blast growth factor.
