| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨喉切除术后造瘘口复发的有关因素。［方法］回顾性分析1982年～1998年16年中收治的86例术前气管切开喉癌患者，其中12例造瘘口复发。［结果］喉切除术后造瘘口复发预后不良，与声门下受侵相关，与术前气管切开及喉部晚期病变等多因素有关。结论］早期发现喉癌，避免术前气管切开，及时行喉切除术，可减少造疾口复发。

| Abstract: | Purpose]To investigate the factors for stomal recurrence after larngectomy(SRAL). Methods] Eighty - six cases of laryngealcarcinoma with preoperative tracheotomy from 1982 to 1998 were analysed respectively. Among them 12 cases were SRAL(14% ). Results]SRALwas related to subglottic involvement, preoperative tracheotomy and local late tumor, etc. Conclusion]Early diagnosis avoiding preoperativetracheotomy and performing larynegectomy in time may reduce the incidence of SRAL. |
