长春西汀注射液治疗脑梗死患者临床分析

目的：探讨长春西汀注射液治疗脑梗死急性期患者的临床疗效。方法：选取脑梗死急性期患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例，两组患者均给予丹参注射液20 ml 溶于5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml 静脉滴注，1次／ d；观察组在对照组基础上加用长春西汀注射液30 mg 溶于氯化钠注射液250 ml 静脉滴注，1次／ d，两组疗程均为2周。结果：治疗后两组的神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）均明显降低（P ﹤0.01），且观察组患者 NIHSS 评分显著低于对照组（P ﹤0.01）；观察组患者的总有效率（92.5%）明显高于对照组（80.0%），两组间差异比较有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：长春西汀注射液联合应用丹参注射液治疗脑梗死疗效肯定，可作为治疗脑梗死患者的推荐用药。

Clinical effects of vinpocetine injection on cerebral infarction

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Vinpocetine Injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral in-farction. Methods:Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly and equally divided into the vinpocetine group and the control groups,patients in the vinpocetine group were intravenously infused daily with 30 mg of vinpocetine in 250 ml of saline for two weeks. Both groups were intravenously infused with salvia injection at a dose of 20 ml in 250 ml of 5% glucose injection once a day during the same period. Results:Neurological deficit scores(NIHSS)decreased significantly in the two groups,a sta-tistically significant difference being observed between the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 01). Overall effective rate for the vinpocetine group (93. 3% )was significantly higher than that(80. 2% )for the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Vinpocetine injection is ef-fective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and can be used as a recommended medicine for patients with acute cerebral in-farction.
