摘    要:目的:使用气相法测定复方丹参滴丸给药制剂中异龙脑、龙脑含量。方法:采用气相色谱法测定,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,水杨酸甲酯为内标。色谱柱为 HP -5型5% PHMEsiloxana 石英毛细管柱(30 m ×0.32 mm,0.25μm),载气为氮气,分流比10∶1。FID 检测器,检测器温度:250℃;进样口温度:200℃;柱温:100℃保持12 min。进样体积1μl。结果:异龙脑在0.010~0.30 mg/ ml(r =0.9999)、龙脑在0.020~0.60 mg/ ml 范围内呈良好线性关系,异龙脑平均回收率为98.51%,RSD 为0.67%;龙脑平均回收率为98.54%,RSD 为0.95%。结论:方法快速、准确、可靠,可用于复方丹参滴丸给药制剂中异龙脑、龙脑含量的检测。

Determination of Iso - borneol and borneol in compound danshen dripping pill by capillary gas chromatography
Abstract:Objectives:To establish a method of a caPillary gas chromatograPhy for determination of iso - borneol and borneol contents in comPound Danshen driPPing Pill. Methods:a gas chormatograPhic method was develoPed with HP - 5 caPillary column (30 m × 0. 32 mm,0. 25 μm)as stationary Phase and nitrogen as carrier gas. The comPounds were determined with FID. The temPerature of the injector and detector were set at 200℃ and 250 ℃,resPectively. Column temPerature was at 100 ℃ for 12 mi-nutes. The injection volume was 1 μl. Results:The calibration curves showed a good linear relationshiP within the range of 0. 010 ~ 0. 30 mg/ ml of iso - borneol and 0. 020 ~ 0. 60 mg/ ml of borneol with good Precision and accuracy,resPectively. 98. 51%of isoborneol and 98. 54% of borneol was recovered from the samPles,resPectively. Conclusions:With excellent accuaracy,high sensitivity and reliability,the method can be aPPlied to determine the contents of iso - and borneol in comPound Danshen driPPing Pill.
