缺血性脑血管病与血脑屏障的关系及其临床用药研究进展

存在于脑组织和血液之间的一个复杂的组织结构即血脑屏障，通过对血脑两侧物质转运的控制，以达到维持中枢神经的组织内环境相对稳定为目的。缺血性脑血管病发病过程即脑缺血再灌注过程，容易破坏血脑屏障，出现脑出血与脑水肿等。脑缺血再灌注后，多种因素均能引起血脑屏障功能和结构的改变。本文对影响血脑屏障改变的因素及脑缺血再灌注损伤与血脑屏障之间的关系进行阐述，并对近年来缺血性脑血管病的临床用药进行归纳总结，为探讨脑缺血再灌注损伤的有效防治提供理论依据。

Advances in Research on Influence of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease on Blood Brain Barrier and Related Medication

The blood - brain barrier(BBB)is the complicated interface between the peripheral circulation and blood,which can control the material transport on both sides of the blood - brain and keep the stability of internal environment of the central nervous system. The pathogenic process of ischemic cerebrovascular disease will results in the breakdown of BBB,leading to hem-orrhage and brain edema. Many factors cause the structural and functional changes of BBB after cerebral ischemia - reperfusion. To explore effective protective measures against cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury,we reviewed the infective factors of BBB and the relation bewteen reperfusion injury and BBB,and sum up the clinical medication of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in recent years.
