低温等离子射频消融与微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效比较

目的:比较低温等离子射频消融手术与微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效及副作用。方法:回顾性分析我院2003年3月至2008年5月采用这两种方法治疗的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者共180例,随机分成两组,一组采用低温等离子下鼻甲消融术,另一组采用微波进行下鼻甲凝固术。观察术前和术后1年鼻通气情况,采用VAS(visual analogue scale)评分法评价两组疗效。结果:两种手术方法对慢性肥厚性鼻炎都有显著治疗效果,但低温等离子射频消融术的副作用更小。结论:低温等离子射频消融术是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的较好方法。

Effects of Radiofrequency and Microwave System for Chronic Hypertrophic Rhinitis

Objective： To compare the clinical effect and the side effect between the radiofrequency and microwave system for the chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods： The authors retrospectively analysed 180 patients in our hospital with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis from March 2003 to May 2008,and randomly divided them into two groups.one group of low-temperature plasma of inferior turbinate reduction surgery,and the other group received microwave coagulation for inferior turbinate.The nasal airways were observed preoperatively and postoperatively for a year,using VAS（visual analogue scale） score method to evaluate therapeutic effect.Results： Significant improvement was achieved in VAS scores after both procedures,with fewer side effects from radiofrequency low temperature oblation.Conclusion： Plasma radiofrequency at low temperature system was an effective method for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and with fewer side effects.
