| 摘 要： | 收治创伤性肝破裂１５３例，７３例行肝修补术。其中６例发生再次出血，采用经导管栓塞（ＴＣＥ）治疗，均达到止血目的，提示栓塞治疗安全可靠，较手术治疗具有显著的优越性，可作为治疗本病首选方法．

| Abstract: | From 1987 Feb to 1994 Nov,73 of 153 Patients with traumatic hepatic laceration were cured by hepatic surgical operation.Postoperative hemorrhage was controlled by embolization with catheter in six of these seventy-three patients.The results showed that intervenient embolization was a safe and effective thchnique and more significant advantage than surgical operation.It is suggestedthat intervenient embolization could be used as the first method in the management of postoperative hemorrhage of traumatic hepatic laceration. |
