| 摘 要： | 目的 评价瓜氨酸合成蛋白抗体(CPA)诊断类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床应用价值.方法 用酶联免疫固相吸附试验(ELISA)测定包括65例确诊的RA患者,51例非RA疾病对照组以及50例健康对照组在内的166份血清中的CPA水平,并同时检测RA患者抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(抗CCP).结果 以6.25U/ml为临界值,CPA对RA诊断的敏感性为64.6%,特异性为95.04%.结论 CPA对RA诊断有较好的敏感性和特异性,可作为RA的血清学诊断指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the diagnosis value of citrullinated protein antibodies(CPA)for rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods CPA of 166 samples sera were detected in sera from 65 RA patients,51 patients with non-RA diseases and 50 healthy controls by ELISA established with deiminated recombinant rat filaggrin,and compared the result with that of anti-CCP.Results The diagnosis sensitivity and specificity of CPA were 64.6% and 95.04% compared with ani-CCP, there was no difference in the sensitivity and specificity.Conclusion CPA is a new and specific marker for RA. |
