摘    要:目的建立测定中药鹿衔草中活性成分梅笠草素含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用CosmosilPacked5 C18 ARII色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈水(72:28)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为254nm,柱温为室温。结果梅笠草素在10.17~203.4μg·mL^-1与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.8%,RSD为1.4%。结论该方法简便快速、结果准确、重现性好,可以用于鹿衔草药材及相关制剂的质量评价。

Abstract:Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of chimaphilin in Luxiancao. Methods Separation was achieved on Cosmosil Packed 5C18 AR II column (250 mm×4.6mm,5μm) using acetonitrile-water (72 :28) as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was 254 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 , and the column tempeature was room temperature. Results Chimaphilin showed good linearity within 10.17--203.4 μg·mL^-1 and the recovery was 101.8%(RSD=1. 4%). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of both plant materials and preparations of Luxiancao.
