环境因素对早产低体重儿智能发育的影响

目的 研究环境因素对早产儿智能发育的影响。方法 应用麦卡锡幼儿智能量表，对２８３名４～９岁早产低体重儿进行追踪研究。结果 环境因素对产低体重儿智能发育起着重要的作用。经多元逐步回归分析显示：早期教育、父母文化程度、不同类别的师资对早产儿智能发育有着显著的影响。结论 应高度重视环境因素对早产儿智能发育的影响。为早产儿提供良好的生活环境能帮助早产儿克服潜在的严重问题。

Effect of Environmental Factors on Intelligential Development of Low-brith Weight Premature Infants.

Objective To investigate the effect of enviromantal factors on intelligential developmant of low brith weight premature infants. Methods Follow investigation was done in 283 children aged 4 to 9 years with premature low birth weight using Mikacin child intelligence test scale. Results The environmental factors play an important part in the intellingent development of low weight premature infants.Analysis of stepwise regression showed that main factors which effected intelligence of premature significantly were early education. parent's education background and different level of teacher. Conclusions It should be paid attention to the effect of environmntal factors on the intelligential development of low birth weight premature infants. Provided favourable living environment to low birth weight premature infants was helpful for them to overcome latent serious problems.
