金霉素链霉菌中金霉素存在状态的胞外研究

摘    要:发酵过程中产生或外加的金霉素大部分扩散入金霉素链霉菌细胞内。金霉素链霉菌菌体破碎吸收实验表明 ,金霉素被细胞内成分吸收 ,并非简单溶于胞内。在生理或中性 p H条件下 ,95 %以上的金霉素扩散入金霉素链霉菌细胞内。当 p H降至 1.4 ,大部分金霉素溶于溶液中。金霉素进入细胞的过程为被动扩散过程。对金霉素特异性吸收可能是金霉素链霉菌产生高抗性的一个主要原因。

Abstract:Most chlortetracycline (CTC) which was produced in fermentation process or was added into solution diffused into mycelium of Streptomyces aureofacins while seldom did into other microorganism cells. According to results of mycelium disruption of S.aureofaciens , CTC did not dissolve in cytoplasm of S.aureofaciens but was absorbed by intracellular components. Variation of pH had obvious effects on CTC absorption of S.aureofaciens cells, and more than 95% CTC was absorbed by mycelium at physiological conditions while all dissolved in solution when of pH value is lower than 1.4. From body solutions into cell, CTC transport was passive diffusion. Special absorption of CTC in mycelium of S.aureofaciens may be one important factor that S.aureofaciens had such potent resistance to CTC.
