超声预测胎儿体重几种方法的比较

目的探索一种准确简便的利用超声来估计胎儿体重的方法。方法应用超声的方法对500例胎儿采用相同的测量标准测量胎儿双顶径、腹围、股骨长度,同时对同一胎儿用两种方法进行腹围测量,然后,用两种常用的估计胎儿体重的公式估计胎儿体重,最后,将估计结果与实际新生儿出生体重进行对比、分析。结果采用多项指标预测的胎儿体重与新生儿实际体重的相关性较好,两种腹围测量方法对胎儿体重估计的准确性无明显差异。结论超声测量胎儿多项指标预测胎儿体重的方法简便、准确,新的腹围测量方法具有较好的临床应用价值。
