| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨紫草油联合头孢唑啉湿敷治疗Ⅲ期压疮的临床护理疗效。方法:将40例患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各20例。观察组在常规护理基础上,采用紫草油联合头孢唑啉湿敷治疗;对照组采用常规外科无菌换药处理创面和常规护理。结果:观察组治愈率明显优于对照组(P0.01),治愈时间明显短于对照组(P0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:紫草油联合头孢唑啉湿敷治疗压疮,具有起效快、疗效高、简单方便的优点,值得推广运用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Chinese medicine Puccoon Oil and cefazolin on pressed wound of the third stage.Methods:40 patients were randomized into the experimental group and control group.The effects of the two methods treating pressed wound were compared.Results:There was significant differences between the two groups in the cure rate(P<0.05)and the cure time(P<0.01).Conclusion:Puccoon Oil and cefazolin is superior to conventional treatment in treating pressed wound of the third stage. |
