| 摘 要： | 目的：评价适合临床使用的检测幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori，Hp)的方法。方法：332例入选患者进行快速尿素酶，病理组织学，现症感染血清学抗体快速检测法(CIM-GLD’s Hp RT)，3项中2项阳性认为有Hp感染。结果：CIM—GLD’s Hp RT，病理组织学，快速尿素酶法敏感性分别为95．77％、91．01％、81．48％；特异性分别为95．10％、96．so％、93．01％；阳性预测值分别为96．22％、97．18％、93．90％；阴性预测值分别为94．37％、89．03％、79．17％。结论：CIM-GLDs Hp RT具有较高的准确诊断HP感染的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To seek a better diagnostic test for detecting Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods: 332 patients underwent endoscopy and biopsy. The speciments of gastric mucosa were tested by W-S stain, rapid urease tests (RUT), patients also had current infection marker Genelabs Hp rapid test (CIM-GLD's Hp RT). The presence of Hp infection was indicated by 2 positive of 3 tests.Results: The sensitivities were: CIM-GLD's Hp RT 95.77%, W-S stain 91.01%, RUT 81.48%; the specificity were: GLD's Hp RT 95.10%, W-S stain 96.50%, RUT 93.01%; the positive predictive values were: 96.22% , 97.18%, 93.90%; and the negative predictive values were: 94.37%, 89.03%, 79.17%.Conclusion: CIM-GLD's Hp RT is a more sensitive and accurate method for detecting Hp infection. |
