Coulter Gens Ⅱ血细胞分析仪白细胞分类结果的评价及分类错误的分析

目的　评价CoulterGensⅡ血细胞分析仪在白细胞分类中的应用价值并探讨分类典型错误原因。方法　应用GensⅡ血细胞分析仪检测 10 0份非血液病患者血标本并与人工检测结果进行比较。结果　GensⅡ血细胞分析仪在中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸细胞的分析结果准确可靠、相关性非常显著 ,而单核细胞和嗜碱细胞差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,且相关性差。结论　GensⅡ血细胞分析仪操作简便 ,速度快 ,作为非血液病患者常规白细胞分类结果基本是可信的。但对分类结果异常标本需人工复检。

Evaluation on Coulter Gens Ⅱ Hematology Analyzer in classification of leukocytes and analyzing the classifying errors

Objective To evaluate the practical value of Coulte Gens Ⅱ Hematology Analyzer (Gens Ⅱ HA) in classfying leukocytes and analyze 4 wrong images in VCS disperse dot image. Methods 100 blood samples from patients without hematologic diseases tested by Gens Ⅱ HA were compared with those tested under microscopy. Results Relatives of two methods for neutrophils,lymphocytes and eosinophils were remarkable. there was significant difference in basophils and monocytes between the two groups (P<0.01) with weak relatives. Conclusion The differential leukocyte counts of patients without hematologic diseases by the Gens Ⅱ HA was believable with its facilitated operation and fast speed,but we need to repeatablely detect the pretermatural classified results using manual work.
