《黄帝内经》论述的病情变化规律验证研究

以多种疾病发病、加重和死亡时间规律的临床报道为材料,演绎论证《内经》中阐述病情变化规律,结果证明《内经》对疾病在年周期和日周期上变化规律的认识有深刻的现实意义。《内经》中阐述了2种病情的变化规律,即"相克说"和"当值说",2种说法均得到了验证。对这2种说法进行对比和剖析,认为"相克说"是疾病受外部环境变化的影响所呈现的变化规律,"当值说"是疾病在机体内环境变化的影响下所呈现的变化规律,只有把两者结合才能完整把握疾病转归和死亡的时间规律。

Validation of laws of disease progression in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine based on modern clinical reports

Based on the modern clinical trials report on time to onset of various diseases, time to progression, and time of death, this paper used a way of deductive argument on disease course recorded in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine, so the profound practical significance of the thought of "annual variation period" and "daily variation period" in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine was proved.Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine interpreted two rules of disease progression-restriction or responsibility which was validated.By comparing the two rules, this paper put forward that restriction was the variation due to exterior environment exerting on disease, and responsibility was the variation due to patients' internal environment on disease.Only by combining with the two rules could the clinical practitioners find the keys to disease prognosis and death.
