| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对急性脑出血患者院外急救措施,提高抢救成功率。方法回顾分析我院实施急救的200例脑出血患者的临床资料。结果200例患者中保守治疗147例,微创穿刺引流术治疗39例,转外科开颅清除血肿14例。结论合理、正确、及时对急性脑出血患者实施抢救,可以提高患者的生存治疗,减少外科手术机会。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage on hospital emergency measures to improve the survival rate. Methods Retrospective analysis of the implementation of first aid in our hospital 200 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in patients with clinical data. Results 200 cases of patients with 147 cases of conservative treatment,minimally invasive puncture and drainage in the treatment of 39 cases,to surgical removal of hematoma in 14 cases of craniotomy. Conclusion reasonable,accurate, timely and patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage on the implementation of rescue,you can improve the survival of patients with treatment,surgery to reduce the opportunity. |
