医改对铁路医院医疗卫生服务量的影响

目的:探讨医疗保障制度改革对铁路医院医疗卫生服务量的影响。方法:对医改前后某铁路中心医院2004～2008年门诊与住院工作量变动趋势进行分析。结果:①医改后该院住院工作量得到显著提升;②门急诊诊次明显下降,5年来没有明显的回升趋势。结论:医疗保障制度改革一方面促进了铁路医院的学科发展,提高了工作效率;另一方面对医院如何应对医疗市场的需求与竞争,提升门诊工作量提出了新的课题。

Effects of Medical Reform on the Medical-Health Service Quantity of Railway Hospital

Objective:To explore the effects of medical reform on medical-health service quantity of railway hospital.Methods:Analyzed the changing trend through comparing the medical-health service quantity of outpatient department and inpatient department of someone railway hospital from 2004 to 2008.Results The medical-health service quantity of inpatient department increased,the counterpart of outpatient department decreased and the trend lasted for five years.Conclusion:The medical security system reform promoted the scientifical development and improved the work efficiency of railway hospital,and bring a new topics about how to increase the medical-health service quantity of outpatient department and how to participate in the medical service market competition to hospital.
