妇科悬吊式腹腔镜的围手术期配合

目的探讨妇科悬吊式腹腔镜的手术配合方法。方法通过配合妇科悬吊式腹腔镜手术,熟悉了悬吊式腹腔镜的手术配合特点、器械使用和与气腹法手术的比较。结果10例手术顺利完成,未中转开腹。结论悬吊式腹腔镜手术更安全,术前准备好各项器械物品,协助摆放患者体位,熟练掌握各种仪器的性能和手术操作步骤是手术配合的重要环节。

Cooperation of gynecological gasless laparoscope in the preoperation

Objective To investigate the methods in the cooperation of gynecological gasless laparoscopic operation. Methods Through the cooperation, we knew the surgical characteristics of gasless laparoscopy, the use of surgical instruments, and the differences between conventional laparoscopy and gasless laparoscopy. Results All of the 10 cases were succeeded in the operation, without converting to laparotomy. Conclusions Gasless laparoscopic operations make more advantages in complications, anesthetic security, operability and economics. The most important procedures are to complete the preoperative preparations including instruments, patient position and practiced knowledge about the instruments and surgical process.
