| 摘 要： | 介绍 ELISA 间接法检测血清抗“0”水平之方法的建立及其与中和试验法(NT)的比较。结果表明,ELISA 法简便、快速,与中和试验法(NT)结果高度相关(r=0.99,P<0.01),提示可用 ELISA 法代替抗“0”NT。本 ELISA 法检测127例各种疾病病人和50名健康对照者血清抗“0”水平,敏感性为44.1%,特异性为100%。

| Abstract: | A study on the estad- lishment of indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method for the detection of antistreptolysin O inseeum,and its comparison with ne- utralization test(NT)were described. Results showed that this method was simple and rapid,high relativity(r= 0.99,P<0.01)was found between this method and NT,indicating that the anti-O NT can be replaced by ELISA. The sensitivity and specificity were 44.1% and 100% respectively in using indirect ELISA for detection of anti- O in 127 cases of various diseases and 50 healthy subjects. |
