甲状腺功能减退患者太渊穴伏安特性

目的观察甲状腺功能减退患者太渊穴伏安特性变化特征,为穴位功能特异性研究和穴位辅助诊断提供实验依据。方法应用智能型穴位伏安特性检测仪,检测35例甲状腺功能减退患者及40名健康志愿者双侧太渊穴和对照点的伏安曲线,并对其伏安面积和惯性面积进行对比分析。结果健康人双侧太渊增程伏安面积、减程伏安面积均显著小于对照点(P<0.01,P<0.05),右太渊的惯性面积显著小于对照点(P<0.05);甲状腺功能减退患者双侧太渊穴的增程伏安面积、减程伏安面积均显著小于对照点(P<0.05,P<0.01),而惯性面积与对照点比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲状腺功能减退患者双侧太渊穴的惯性面积均显著大于健康人(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺功能减退患者太渊穴伏安特性发生了明显改变,太渊穴是治疗甲状腺机能减退的有效穴位;穴位与脏腑的联系比非穴对照点与脏腑的联系更为密切。

Current-voltage Characteristics of Taiyuan (LU9) in Patients with Hypothyroidism

Objective To observe the changes in current-voltage characteristics of Taiyuan(LU9)in patients with hypothyroidism,for providing laboratory evidence to the study of acupoint function specificity and acupoint adjuvant diagnosis.Method The current-voltage curves of bilateral Taiyuan and the control points were detected among 35 hypothyroidism patients and 40 healthy volunteers using smart acupoint current-voltage character detector.The current-voltage area and inertial area were compared and analyzed.Result In the healthy subjects,the increasing and decreasing current-voltage areas of bilateral Taiyuan were significantly smaller than those of the control points(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the inertial area of the right Taiyuan was also significantly smaller than that of the control point(P<0.05).In the hypothyroidism patients,the increasing and decreasing current-voltage areas of bilateral Taiyuan were significantly smaller than those of the control points(P<0.05,P<0.01),while the differences in the inertial area were statistically insignificant(P>0.05).The inertial areas of bilateral Taiyuan were significantly larger in the hypothyroidism patients than in the healthy subjects(P<0.05).Conclusion The current-voltage characteristics of Taiyuan present significant changes in hypothyroidism patients and Taiyuan is an effective acupoint for hypothyroidism;the correlation between acupoints and Zang-fu organs is closer than that between non-acupoint spots and Zang-fu organs.
