针刺对比布洛芬治疗原发性痛经临床疗效Meta分析

目的比较针刺与布洛芬治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法根据制定的文献检索策略,检索维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(WF)、中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library,检索时间为建库至2018年6月30日,同时检索会议论文、在研研究和相关学术组织网站,辅以手工检索获取符合纳入标准的文献。提取各研究数据并用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具评价文献质量、Revman5.3进行Meta分析。结果纳入23项RCT共1739例受试者,治疗组897例,对照组842例。在总有效率、VAS评分、痛经症状评分(CMSS)方面,针刺均优于布洛芬,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论现有结果表明针刺治疗原发性痛经疗效优于布洛芬,但纳入文献大多质量偏低,仍需高质量研究证实。

Meta-analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture Versus Ibuprofen for Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and Ibuprofen in treating primary dysmenorrhea.Methods According to the retrieval strategy,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Wanfang Periodical Database(WF),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library were searched from the inception to 30 June,2018.Simultaneously,conference papers,on-going studies and the relevant academic organization websites were searched,and manual retrieval was also conducted to collect the eligible studies.The research data were extracted to run methodological assessment using the risk of bias assessment tool of Cochrane.Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan version 5.3.Result A total of 23 randomized clinical trials were recruited,involving 1739 participants,including 897 cases in the treatment group and 842 cases in the control group.Acupuncture was superior to Ibuprofen comparing the total effective rate,visual analogue scale(VAS) score and cox menstrual symptom scale(CMSS),all with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The results showed that acupuncture produced more significant clinical efficacy in treating primary dysmenorrhea compared with Ibuprofen.However,this conclusion needs to be verified by high-quality studies due to the low quality of most of the included studies.
