粗针命门穴平刺联合中药治疗特发性少弱精子症疗效观察

目的观察粗针命门穴平刺联合中药治疗特发性少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法将84例特发性少弱精子症患者随机分为药物组和针药组,每组42例。药物组给予五子衍宗丸口服,针药组在药物组基础上配合粗针命门穴平刺。比较两组临床疗效及精液参数和性激素的变化。结果两组治疗后患者的精液各项参数以及睾酮和促黄体生成激素水平较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05),针药组明显优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论粗针命门穴平刺联合五子衍宗丸可以改善肾精亏虚型少弱精子症患者的精液质量,提高性激素中睾酮和促黄体生成激素水平。

Observations on the Efficacy of Parallel Insertion of a Thick Needle into Point Mingmen(GV4)plus Chinese Herbal Medicine for Idiopathic Oligoasthenospermia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of parallel insertion of a thick needle into point Mingmen(GV4)plus Chinese herbal medicine in treating idiopathic oligoasthenospermia.Method Eighty-four patients with idiopathic oligoasthenospermia were randomized to medication and acupuncture-medicine groups,42 cases each.The medication group received oral administration of Wuzi Yanzong pills and the acupuncture-medicine group,parallel insertion of a thick needle into point Mingmen in addition.The clinical therapeutic effects,semen parameters and sex hormones were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,semen parameters,and testosterone and luteinizing hormone levels improved in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05)and did significantly more in the acupuncture-medicine group than in the medication group(P<0.05).Conclusion Parallel insertion of a thick needle into point Mingmen plus Wuzi Yanzong pills can improve semen quality and raise testosterone and luteinizing hormone levels in patients with oligoasthenospermia of kidney-essence deficiency type.
