针药并用治疗气滞血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕症疗效观察

目的观察针药并用治疗气滞血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取气滞血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕症患者65例,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组32例予膈下逐瘀汤加减方中药口服加输卵管通液术,治疗组33例在对照组治疗基础上加电针治疗,两组疗程均为3个月。对比两组治疗前后中医证候评分情况,输卵管通畅度以及1年内受孕率。结果治疗组中医证候总有效率为84.8%,对照组为65.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组输卵管通畅度总有效率达87.9%,与对照组的62.5%比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1年治疗组受孕率为42.4%,对照组为18.8%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用治疗气滞血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕症临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者输卵管通畅度及妊娠率。

Clinical Observations on the Efficacy of Combined Acupuncture and Medicine for Salpingitis-caused Infertility of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined use of acupuncture and medicine in treating salpingitis-caused infertility of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Method Sixty-five patients with salpingitis-caused infertility of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were enrolled and allocated,using a random number table,to two groups.The control group of 32 cases received oral administration of Modified Gexia Zhuyu Decoction plus hydrotubation and the treatment group of 33 cases,electroacupuncture in addition.The course of treatment was three months in both groups.The TCM syndrome scores,tubal patencies and the pregnancy rates within one year were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result The total efficacy rate for TCM syndrome was 84.8%in the treatment group and 65.6%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate for tubal patency was 87.9%in the treatment group and had a statistically significant difference compared with 62.5%in the control group(P<0.05).At one year after treatment,the pregnancy rate was 42.4%in the treatment group and 18.8%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of acupuncture and medicine has clinically a marked therapeutic effect on salpingitis-caused infertility of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve tubal patency and increase the pregnancy rate in the patients.
