胃三针联合PPI三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

目的观察胃三针联合质子泵抑制剂(PPI)三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效。方法 134例慢性萎缩性胃炎随机分为对照组和观察组,每组67例。对照组给予三联疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予胃三针治疗。观察两组治疗前后患者症状评分、血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平,统计两组Hp根除率和总有效率。结果两组治疗后腹胀、胃脘痛、嘈杂、烧心、反酸、纳差评分显著低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清IL-10水平高于同组治疗前(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清IL-17水平低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组HP根除率和总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃三针联合PPI三联疗法可缓解Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状,提高Hp根除率。

Observation of the Efficacy of Wei San Zhen plus PPI-based Triple Therapy for Helicobacter Pylori Positive Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wei San Zhen(acupuncture at three specific acupoints for gastric diseases) plus proton pump inhibitor(PPI)-based triple therapy in treating Helicobacter pylori(Hp) positive chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Method A total of 134 CAG patients were randomized into a control group and an observation group,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by triple therapy,and the observation group was intervened by Wei San Zhen in addition to the triple therapy.The symptom score,and serum interleukin-17(IL-17) and interleukin-10(IL-10) levels were observed before and after treatment,and the Hp eradication rate and total effective rate were statistically analyzed.Result The scores of abdominal bloating,stomachache,gastric discomfort,heartburn,acid reflux and poor appetite declined significantly after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-10 level increased significantly after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the level of serum IL-17 decreased significantly after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Wei San Zhen plus PPI-based triple therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Hp positive CAG and increase the Hp eradiation rate.
