耳穴揿针配合清热平疣颗粒治疗面部多发性扁平疣疗效观察

目的观察耳穴揿针配合口服清热平疣颗粒治疗面部多发性扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将90例面部多发性扁平疣患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组30例。A组采用耳穴揿针治疗,B组采用口服清热平疣颗粒治疗,C组采用耳穴揿针配合口服清热平疣颗粒治疗。观察3组治疗前后皮损评分及皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分的变化情况,并比较3组临床疗效及复发率。结果3组治疗后皮损评分及DLQI评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组治疗后皮损评分及DLQI评分与A组和B组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组总有效率为66.7%,B组为63.3%,C组为86.7%。C组总有效率与A组和B组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组痊愈及显效患者治疗后3个月复发率为20.0%,B组为21.1%,C组为7.7%。C组痊愈及显效患者治疗后3个月复发率与A组和B组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴揿针配合口服清热平疣颗粒是一种治疗面部多发性扁平疣的有效方法。

Efficacy Observation of Intradermal Needling at Auricular Points Combined with Qingre Pingyou Granules for Multiple Flat Warts on Face

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intradermal needling at auricular points plus oral administration of Qingre Pingyou granules in treating multiple flat warts on face.Method Ninety patients with multiple flat warts on face were randomized into group A,group B and group C,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was intervened by intradermal needling at auricular points;group B was treated with oral administration of Qingre Pingyou granules;group C was intervened by intradermal needling at auricular points plus oral administration of Qingre Pingyou granules.The skin lesion score and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)score were observed before and after treatment in the three groups.The clinical efficacy and relapse rate were also compared among the three groups.Result The skin lesion and DLQI scores changed significantly after treatment in the three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion score in group C was significantly different from that in group A and group B(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 66.7%in group A,63.3%in group B and 86.7%in group C,and the total effective rate in group C was significantly different from that in group A and group B(P<0.05).Of the recovered and markedly effective cases,the relapse rate was 20.0%in group A,versus 21.1%in group B and 7.7%in group C at the 3-month follow-up.Of the recovered and markedly effective cases,the relapse rate in group C was significantly different from that in group A and group B at the 3-month follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion Intradermal needling at auricular points plus oral administration of Qingre Pingyou granules is an effective method in treating multiple flat warts on face.
