揿针二白穴联合中药熏洗治疗痔疮术后疼痛临床观察

目的观察揿针二白穴联合中药熏洗治疗痔疮术后疼痛的疗效。方法选取痔疮术后出现疼痛的患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组单纯采用西医常规换药及高锰酸钾坐浴方法治疗,治疗组采用揿针二白穴联合中药熏洗的方法,治疗7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后分别观察两组的总有效率、疼痛评分、水肿评分、渗出物及创面愈合时间。结果两组治疗后疼痛评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组水肿缓解、渗出物消失及创面愈合时间程度明显少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的82.5%(P<0.05)。结论揿针二白穴联合中药熏洗可有效改善痔疮术后疼痛,症状改善明显,临床疗效较佳。

Clinical Observations on Thumb-tack Needle Embedding at Point Erbai(EX-UE2) plus Herbal Fumigation for Post-hemorrhoidectomy Pain

Objective To investigate the efficacy of thumb-tack needle embedding at point Erbai(EX-UE2)plus herbal fumigation and hip bath for post-hemorrhoidectomy pain.Method Eighty patients with post-hemorrhoidectomy pain were randomized to treatment and control group,40 cases each.The control group received conventional dressing change of Western Medicine plus potassium permanganate hip bath and the treatment group,thumb-tack needle embedding at point Erbai plus herbal fumigation.Treatment was given seven days as a course.The total efficacy rate,the pain score,the edema score,exudates and wound healing time were observed in the two groups after two consecutive courses of treatment.Result After treatment,the pain score decreased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.01)and was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);edema was reduced more,exudates disappeared earlier and wound healing time was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was 95.0%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 82.5%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thumb-tack needle embedding at point Erbai plus herbal fumigation and hip bath can effectively alleviate post-hemorrhoidectomy pain and markedly relieve the symptoms with a better clinical therapeutic effect.
