针刺加穴位贴敷治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床观察

目的观察针刺加穴位贴敷治疗原发性骨质疏松症(POP)的临床疗效。方法按随机数字表法将96例POP患者分为观察组(48例)和对照组(48例)。对照组给予药物常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺加穴位贴敷治疗。治疗3个月后评估疗效,比较两组治疗前及治疗后患者髋部和第2~4腰椎(L2-L4)骨密度(BMD)及血清骨代谢指标骨钙素(BGP)、Ⅰ型前胶原N端肽(TPⅠNP)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基末端肽(β-CTX)]水平差异,观察主要中医症候积分改善情况。结果观察组总有效率大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组髋部和L2-L4腰椎BMD及血清BGP、TPⅠNP水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清β-CTX水平及主要中医症候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在药物常规治疗基础上针刺加穴位贴敷治疗POP有助于提升患者BMD,改善骨代谢,减轻中医症状,疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture plus Acupoint Application for Primary Osteoporosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus acupoint application in treating primary osteoporosis(POP).Method Ninety-six POP patients were divided into an observation group(48 cases)and a control group(48 cases)by random number table method.The control group was intervened by conventional medication,and the observation group was given acupuncture plus acupoint application in addition to the intervention for the control group.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 3-month treatment.The levels of bone mass density(BMD)of hip bone and L2-L4 vertebrae,and serum bone metabolic markersbone Gla-protein(BGP),procollagen typeⅠN-terminal peptide(TPⅠNP)and β-CTX]of the two groups were compared before treatment and after treatment.The improvements in major symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were observed.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of BMD of hip bone and L2-L4 vertebrae,and serum BGP and TPⅠNP increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);the serum β-CTX level and major symptom scores of TCM declined after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and acupoint application in addition to conventional medication treatment can help increase BMD in POP patients,improve bone metabolism and TCM symptoms,and achieve significant efficacy.
