| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨影响手术物品清点准确性的原因及对策,保证物品清点制度的顺利实施.方法:分析并总结影响手术物品清点准确性的原因,提出针对性的改进措施,观察改进措施落实前后影响因素的发生率.结果:改进措施落实后各种影响物品清点准确性的原因的发生率均降低.结论:减少影响物品清点准确性的因素的发生,是确保手术顺利完成的基础,是杜绝物品清点错漏的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective :To investigate the cause and countermeasure in effecting resource to check veracity for assuring that was checked effective.Method:The cause was analyzed and suned up in veracity of res checking of effecting,bringing forward to improve on measure.Result: All cause was reduced later improve on measure.Conclusion: Happening of checking wrong was reduced,It's the key to ensure accomplish of operation,to prevent checking wrong. |
