| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西药联用对早期高血压肾损害患者肾脏的保护作用,探讨高血压病早期肾损害的有效治疗方法。方法将65例符合标准的高血压病早期肾损害患者随机分为治疗组（35例）和对照组（30例）。两组患者均给予贝那普利片口服的基本治疗,治疗组另外给予加味五苓散合六味地黄汤;8周为一疗程,观察治疗前后的血压、尿微量白蛋白（micro-albumin,MA）、尿β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）以及血生化指标的变化。结果治疗组不仅能明显降低血压,而且能显著降低尿微量白蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白的排出量,疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。同时,治疗组的血脂降低,脂质代谢紊乱被纠正,血液黏稠度降低,血液流变学改善。结论健脾益肾、温阳化气、活血通络法是治疗高血压病早期肾损害的一种有效治法,加味五苓散合六味地黄汤是治疗高血压病早期肾损害的一组有效药物,对早期高血压肾损害患者的肾脏有很好的保护作用。
