| 摘 要： | 目的优选复方叶下珠的最佳水提工艺。方法采用正交试验,以没食子酸为考察指标对影响复方叶下珠水提工艺的因素进行研究。结果煎煮时间,加水量,醇沉浓度对考察指标具有显著性差异。优选复方叶下珠的水提工艺为:加水10倍,煎煮1小时,醇沉浓度:60%。结论该提取工艺稳定可行,对有效成分的提取较完全。
