正交试验优选复方叶下珠的水提制备工艺

摘    要:目的优选复方叶下珠的最佳水提工艺。方法采用正交试验,以没食子酸为考察指标对影响复方叶下珠水提工艺的因素进行研究。结果煎煮时间,加水量,醇沉浓度对考察指标具有显著性差异。优选复方叶下珠的水提工艺为:加水10倍,煎煮1小时,醇沉浓度:60%。结论该提取工艺稳定可行,对有效成分的提取较完全。

Abstract:Objective To optimize chose the water extraction of compound phyllanthus urinaria. Methods Using gallate to the indexes by the orthogonal test,study the factor of affecting the water extraction of compound phyllanthus urinaria.Results Boiling time,the amount of water and the concentration of alcohol precipitation have significant differences in the indexes.
