摘    要:目的采用高效液相色谱法测定忍冬藤饮片中绿原酸的含量。方法 Dikma Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10:90)为流动相;检测波长为327 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。理论板数按绿原酸峰计算应不低于1000。结果绿原酸与其相邻杂质峰能完全分离,绿原酸进样量在0.080 4~0.804μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为100.3%,RSD=0.71%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠,可用于忍冬藤饮片的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Honeysuckle Stem Decoction Pieces by HPLC.Methods The C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(10:90) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 327 nm.Theoretical plate number should not be less than 1 000 according to the chlorogenic acid peak.Results The date showed that this method could clearly seperate chlorogenic acid peak from its nearby impurity peaks,with a better linear range of 0.080 4~0.804 μg(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 100.3% and RSD was 0.71%(n=6).Conclusion This method was simple,accurate and reliable,so it can be used for quality control of Caulis Lonicerae Decoction Pieces.
