| 摘 要： | 目的：从免疫功能方面探讨复方双术油胶囊抗肿瘤机制。方法：用复方双术油胶囊内容物给小鼠连续灌胃7天，测定其对脾脏及胸腺重量、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清溶血素含量及二硝基氟苯诱导的迟发性超敏反应的影响。结果：用药组小鼠与空白对照组相比除胸腺和脾脏重量外，其他免疫学指标均有显著性差异。结论：复方双术油胶囊可调节机体的免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To investigate the anti-tumor mechanism of Compound Shuang-zhu oil Capsules from immune system function. Method： Compound Shuang-zhu oil Capsules＇ content had been given to mice for seven days consecutively, then the weights of spleen and thymus, macrophage＇ s phagocytic function, the content of blood serum hemolysin and delayed hypersensitivity induced by DNFB were determined respectively. Result： There were significant differences on immune indexes between treatment groups and blank group except spleen and thymus. Conclusion： Compound Shuang-zhu oil Capsules can accommodate immune function of the organism. |
