免疫球蛋白治疗重症肌无力的安全及有效性观察

目的探讨采用大剂量免疫球蛋白治疗重症肌无力(MG)IIb或III型的临床疗效及安全性。方法对符合Osserm an分型IIb或III型的37例MG患者,随机分成两组。治疗组18例,采用大剂量免疫球蛋白治疗组。对照组19例,采用传统的大剂量地塞米松治疗。观察两组近期的临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗组症状缓解快,激素治疗过程中发生呼吸肌瘫痪、使用呼吸机现象少,住院时间短(均P<0.05)。结论采用大剂量免疫球蛋白治疗IIb或III型MG效果好,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

The Safety and Efficacy of Immunoglobulin in the Treatment of Myasthenia Gravis

Objective To explore the clinic effect and safety of large dose of immunoglobulin in the treatment of myasthenia gravis(MG) IIb or III type.Methods 37 patients of MG,which belong to IIb or III type according to Osserman separate criteria,were randomly divided into two groups.The patients of treatment group(n=18) were given a large dose of intravenous immunoglobulin.Other patients(n=19) adopt the traditional method of large dose of dexamethasone.The clinic effect and safety of two drugs were observed and compared.Results The patients treated by immunoglobulin had more quick improve,shorter hospitalization and lower mortality rate compared with those of control group(P<0.05),without respiratory muscle paralysis,which happen in the process hormone therapy oftentimes and demand turning on breathing machine.Conclusions Treating MG IIb or III type with a large dose of intravenous immunoglobulin has good clinic effect and high safety.It is worth extending clinical application.
