| 摘 要： | 通过“胎儿写真”的社会现象．首先介绍我国胎儿性别鉴定的法律制度，进而分析了严格禁止非医学需要胎儿性别鉴定的原因。最后，针对目前非医学需要胎儿性别鉴定得不到有效控制的现实，提出了采取控制措施的建议。
