补血益母颗粒防治药物流产后阴道出血89例

目的观察补血益母颗粒防治药物流产后阴道出血的疗效与安全性。方法选择无药物流产禁忌证的早孕妇女178例，随机单盲对照均分为观察组和对照组。药物流产采用相同服药剂量与方法，见孕囊排出后，观察组服用补血益母颗粒1包，对照组服用益母草冲剂1包，两组均2次／d，连续7d，同时加服奥硝唑0.5g，1次／d，连续6d。结果观察组药物流产后阴道出血时间、出血量、完全流产率、2周后尿人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）转阴率等指标均优于对照组（P〉0.01）。结论药物流产后服用补血益母颗粒，可缩短阴道出血时间、减少出血量，提高完全流产率及2周后尿HCG转阴率。

Buxueyimu Granules for Treating and Prevening Hemorrhage after Medicine Abortion in 89 Cases

Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of Buxueyimu Granules on treating and preventing raginal hemorrhage after medicine abortion. Methods 178 cases of medicine abortion were divided into 2 groups randomly. 89 cases in the treatment group were given Buxueyimu Granules, 1 bag, b. i. d.,for 7 d. 89 cases in the control group took Yimucao Instant Powder, 1 bag, b. i. d.,for 7 d. At the same time. All patients got the same medicine abortion, and took onidazole 0. 5 g, q. d., for 6 d after abortion. Results The treatment group had shorter vaginal hemorrhage time, less quantity of hemorrhage, higher rate of complete aborting compared with the control group. Conclusion Taking Buxueyimu Granules after medicine abortion can shorten the time of hemorrhage, decrease quantity of hemorrhage, increase the complete abortion rate and negative turning rate of urine HCG after 2 week.
