| 摘 要： | 目的观察吡贝地尔治疗帕金森病的临床疗效.方法对50例帕金森病病人行统一评分量表(UPDRS)评分,8例新发病人未服用任何抗帕金森病药物治疗者即予吡贝地尔治疗,其余病人在原用药的基础上加用吡贝地尔.用药12周后,再次行UPDRS量表评分,比较吡贝地尔治疗前后UPDRS量表分值的差异.结果 50例病人经吡贝地尔治疗后,有效35例,有效率为72.9%.治疗前后UPDRS总评分、Ⅱ分量表、Ⅲ分量表评分和震颤、肌强直症状改善评分的结果均有统计学意义.结论吡贝地尔可有效改善帕金森病病人的临床症状.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effect of piribedil in Parkinson's disease.Methods Fifty patients (pts) with Parkinson's disease were treated with piribedil for 12 weeks and evaluated with UPDRS table pre-and post-therapy.Results Following the therapy of piribedil, the symptom of Parkinson's disease alleviated in 35 pts significantly. The value of UPDRS improved significantly.Conclusion The results suggest that there is significant therapeutic effect of piribedil for Parkinson's disease. |
