| 摘 要： | 目的：调查孕妇血清TORCH-IgM抗体阳性率。方法：用抗体捕获ELISA法检测孕妇在产前和孕期血清中TORCH-IgM抗体，统计阳性率。结果：孕妇TORCH-IgM阳性率分别为TOX 1．69％，RV0.70％，CMV2．85％和HSV0．95％。结论：应加强孕妇产前和孕期TORCH的血清筛查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the positive rates of serum IgM antibodies to TORCH(TORCH-IgM) in pregnant women.Methods:Serum TORCH-IgM in pregnant women were measured by ELISA,positive rates were calculated.Results: the positive rates of serum TORCH-IgM were 1.69% in TOX samples,0.70% in RV samples,2.85% in CMV samples,and 0.95% in HSV samples.Conclusion: Serum TORCH-IgM screening in pregnant women should be strengthened. |
