| 摘 要： | 应用减寿分析法分析了武汉市部分地区对居民健康危害的主要死因，分析了各年龄人群的主要减寿因子。依次为：损伤与中毒，恶性肿瘤，循环系统疾病，呼吸系统疾病，传染病与寄生虫病。认为运用减寿分析能准确地指明重点防治对象，为制定防治策略及预防措施提供依据。

| Abstract: | This article presented the method of years of life lost analysis (YLLA) using on the main causes of death,main factors of life lost against to age in the residents of Wuhan.The main LLA was injure and poison,malignant tumor,circular system disease,respiratory system disease infection disease and parasite.The results suggested that the LLA is a sensitive item in the local prevention and public health policy decision. |
