冠心病与非冠心病者的体质指数与血压之间相关关系探讨

摘    要:对冠心病与非冠心病的体质指数、血压(舒张压与收缩压)进行了单因素方差分析。结果表明:冠心病与非冠心病者在体质指数上无明显差异,但在血压上有明显差异,尤其在舒张压上差异高度显著。进而采用一元线性回归方法建立了冠心病与非冠心病者体质指数与舒张压的回归方程,并分别进行了相关系数检验与F检验,均高度显著。临床上,只要给出体检者的的体质指数,便可依上述回归方程给出正常舒张压值,从而在血压参数上对冠心病的危险

Abstract:Here carried out the results of a study on the body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure (BP) related to the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and with non coronary heart disease(NCHD) by single factor analysis of variance(ANOVA) and monophyletic linear regression analysis (MLRA).There are a lower difference of BMI,but great difference of BP,especially for diastolic pressure(DP) between CHD group and NCHD group.We have created a regression equation of Math model on the BMI and DP of both group by the MLRA.All of those were passed the related coefficient test and F test with remarkable statistics difference.The Math mold would be useful for the clinical to predicting the risk of CHD by DP.
