食管癌组织中S期激酶相关蛋白2mRNA的表达意义

摘    要:目的:探讨S期激酶相关蛋白2mRNA在食管癌及其癌旁组织中的表达及其与食管癌临床病理特征的关系.方法:采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测S期激酶相关蛋白2mRNA在45例手术切除的食管癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达.结果:S期激酶相关蛋白2mRNA表达率在食管癌中为66.6%(30/45),而癌旁组织中为24.4%(11/45),差异有显著性(P〈0.05).S期激酶相关蛋白2mRNA阳性表达率与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、及有无淋巴结转移无关,与肿瘤分化程度及TNM分期有关(P〈0.05).结论:S期激酶相关蛋白2的高水平表达促进了食管癌的发生发展.并将可能为食管癌的早期诊断和治疗提供新的手段.

Abstract:AIM: To explore the S-phase kinase-associated protein 2mRNA expression and its relationship with clinical pathologic characteristics in esophageal cancer. METHODS: The expression of Skp2mRNA in esophageal carcinoma tissues and its corresponding adjacent tissues was detected by RT-PCR in 45 patients. RESULTS: The positive incidence of Skp2mRNA expression in esophageal carcinoma was 66.6%, while in its corresponding adjacent tissues was 24.4%. The expression of Skp2mRNA was correlated with the degree of differentiation and TNM stage of carcinoma, but not correlated with patient's age, gender, tumor size, and lymph node metastasis. CONCLUSION: Increased Skp2mRNA expression contributes to the carcinogenesis and progress of esophageal carcinoma, which may provide some new ways in the early diagnosis and therapy for esophageal carcinoma.
