食管癌组织中S期激酶相关蛋白2mRNA的表达意义

目的：探讨S期激酶相关蛋白2mRNA在食管癌及其癌旁组织中的表达及其与食管癌临床病理特征的关系．方法：采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）法检测S期激酶相关蛋白2mRNA在45例手术切除的食管癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达．结果：S期激酶相关蛋白2mRNA表达率在食管癌中为66．6％（30／45），而癌旁组织中为24．4％（11／45），差异有显著性（P〈0．05）．S期激酶相关蛋白2mRNA阳性表达率与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、及有无淋巴结转移无关，与肿瘤分化程度及TNM分期有关（P〈0．05）．结论：S期激酶相关蛋白2的高水平表达促进了食管癌的发生发展．并将可能为食管癌的早期诊断和治疗提供新的手段．

Significance of S-phase kinase-associated protein 2mRNA expression in esophageal carcinoma

AIM: To explore the S-phase kinase-associated protein 2mRNA expression and its relationship with clinical pathologic characteristics in esophageal cancer. METHODS: The expression of Skp2mRNA in esophageal carcinoma tissues and its corresponding adjacent tissues was detected by RT-PCR in 45 patients. RESULTS: The positive incidence of Skp2mRNA expression in esophageal carcinoma was 66.6%, while in its corresponding adjacent tissues was 24.4%. The expression of Skp2mRNA was correlated with the degree of differentiation and TNM stage of carcinoma, but not correlated with patient's age, gender, tumor size, and lymph node metastasis. CONCLUSION: Increased Skp2mRNA expression contributes to the carcinogenesis and progress of esophageal carcinoma, which may provide some new ways in the early diagnosis and therapy for esophageal carcinoma.
