颈椎骨折脱位的围手术期护理

目的对颈椎骨折脱位患者围手术期系统的护理，以促进患者功能重建，确保手术成功。方法对68例患者术前进行心理护理，气管、食管牵拉训练及大小便训练，术后加强生命体征监测，保持呼吸道通畅，预防褥疮与泌尿系感染，功能锻炼指导。结果本组未发生并发症，伤口Ⅰ期愈合，随访6～18个月（平均10个月），未见颈椎内固定及植骨块移动，神经功能均较术前好转，肌力增加或恢复正常，日常生活可逐渐自理。结论对颈椎骨折脱位患者应用有效的护理措施是减少并发症、确保手术成功与患者功能重建的关键。
