| 摘 要： | 目的]观察穴位注射治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法]将60例三叉神经痛随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,分别采用穴位注射治疗和卡马西平治疗,疗程均为14天。结果]总有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为93.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]穴位注射治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效优于卡马西平组,且无明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the point-injection treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods ] 60 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases were used aeupoint injection therapy and carbamazepine treatment, course of treatment were 14 days. Results]The total effective treatment group was 96.7% vs 93.3% , the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion] Acupoint injection in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia more effective than carbamazepine group, and no obvious adverse reactions. |
