丙泊酚与小剂量芬太尼在人工流产术中的联合应用

目的探讨丙泊酚与小剂量芬太尼用于人工流产术中的镇痛效果与用药安全性。方法将自愿人工流产者340例随机分为两组：丙泊酚组（A组）178例和对照组（B组）162例。A组：芬太尼0.05 m g术前1-5 m in静脉给入,丙泊酚1.5-2.0 m g/kg人工静脉推注;B组不采用干预措施。比较两组术中镇痛效果、人工流产综合征（PAA S）发生率、术中出血量、手术时间。结果丙泊酚组镇痛效果明显,患者术中无疼痛经历,术后疼痛发生率明显降低,术中出血量较多,与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,两组手术时间比较差异无显著性。结论丙泊酚与小剂量芬太尼用于无痛人工流产术安全有效。

Application of propofol combined with low dosage of fentany in induced abortioan

Obsjective To evaluate the analgesia effect and the safety of propofol combined with low dosage of fentany in induced abortion. Methods 340 pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups, including Group A and Group B. Group A was injected fentany via vena with the dosage of 0, 05 mg before surgery, followed by injection of propofol via vena with the dosage varied from 1.5 mg to 2, 0 mg/kg, whereas Group B was not injected fentany and propofol in the surgery. The analgesia effect, incidence of PAAS, the bleeding and the duration of operation were investigated. Results The analgesia effects in Group A were significantly different from that in Group B, whereas the bleeding in Group A was more severe than that in Group B . Conclusion It is safe that propofol plus the low dosage of fentany is applied for analgesia in induced abortion.
