摘    要:目的研究四磨汤对SD大鼠离体胃窦平滑肌条收缩活动的影响及肾上腺素能受体在其中的作用。方法离体胃窦平滑肌条置于盛有Krebs液的组织浴槽中,记录其等长收缩活动,观察不同剂量(1、5、25、50、100、150、200μl)四磨汤对大鼠胃窦平滑肌条收缩活动的影响,以及肾上腺素能受体兴奋剂肾上腺素(10~7mol/L)对四磨汤引起的平滑肌条收缩活动的影响。结果①四磨汤剂量依赖性引起大鼠胃窦纵、环行平滑肌收缩活动增加,肾上腺素可部分抑制四磨汤对胃窦纵、环行平滑肌的兴奋作用;②低剂量时纵行肌活性增加更多地依赖于对。肾上腺素能受体的阻断,高剂量时环行肌活性增加更多地依赖于肾上腺素能受体的阻断。结论①四磨汤对大鼠胃窦平滑肌的收缩活动具有明显的兴奋作用,这一兴奋作用部分通过肾上腺素能受体介导;②肾上腺素能受体对于四磨汤作用于胃窦纵、环行肌具有不同的调节模式。

Simo Decoction Stimulates Contractions of Gastric Antral Strips in SD Rats through Adrenergic Receptor

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Simo Decoction on contractions of isolated antral longitudinal and circular strips in SD rats and its underlying mechanisms through adrenaline receptor. Methods The contraction of antral longitudinal and circular strips in SD rats were noted in the organ bath under baseline or addition of adrenaline (10-7 mol/L),and consecutive concentrations of Simo Decoction( 1 μl,5 μl,25 μl,50 μl,100 μl,150 μl,200 μl) were put into the bath to note the strip responses. The result of strip responses to Simo Decoction were expressed as the variational percent of area( integral)/min before and after adding each medication in the bath. Results 1 ) Simo Decoction dose - dependently increased the contraction of longitudinal and circular strips, after incubation with adrenergic receptor agonist adrenaline and the increased contractile activity induced by Simo Decoction on longitudinal and circular strips could be partly inhibited. 2) The responses of the longitudinal strips under stimulation of Simo Decoction was more dependent on inhibition of adrenergic receptor at low concentration, but the contractions of circular strips was more dependent on inhibition of adrenergic receptor than longitudinal strips under the stimulation with high concentration of Simo Decoction. Conclusion 1 ) Simo Decoction can dose - dependently promote the contractions of antral longitudinal and circular muscles, which partly depends on inhibition of adrenaline -receptor. 2)There is different modulation modes between longitudinal and circular strips through adrenergic receptor under the influence of different concen- trations of Simo Decoction.
