白细胞计数和P-选择素与冠心病的关系

目的探讨白细胞计数和P-选择素（P—selection，Ps）在不同类型冠心病患者中的水平及其意义。方法测定并比较50例稳定型心绞痛（SAP）患者、52例不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者、40例急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者和60例正常对照者的白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞绝对值（GR）、淋巴细胞绝对值（LY）和血浆Ps水平。结果WBC、GR和Ps水平依次为AMI组〉UAP组〉SAP组〉对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；LY在各组间无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论冠心病患者WBC、GR和Ps水平高于健康者，这可以作为判断冠心病严重程度的参考指标。

Association of White Blood Cell Count and P -selection Levels with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the levels of white blood cell count and P - selection in different types of coronary heart disease patients and their significance. Methods We determined and compared the levels of white blood cell count, neutrophils, lymphocyte and plasma P- selection between stable angina pectoris patients （50 cases） and unstable angina pectoris patients （52 cases ） and between acute myocardial infarction patients （40 cases） and normal controls（60 cases）. Results The levels of white blood cell count, neutrophils and plasma P -selection were AMI group 〉 UAP group 〉 SAP group 〉 control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of lymphocyte had no difference between each groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The level of white blood cell count, neutrophils and plasma P - selection of CHD patients are higher than normal controls, and can be used as an indicator to determine the severity of coronary heart disease.
