锁定加压钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效分析

目的探讨应用锁定加压钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法2008年1月～2010年12月我院收治的56例股骨远端骨折患者，其中A型15例，B型7例，C型34例。骨折复位后采用股骨远端锁定加压钢板进行固定，对手术时间、术后骨折X线、骨折愈合情况等指标进行评价。膝关节功能评价采用HSS评分系统。随访时间8～18（平均12）个月。结果手术时间60～150（平均85）min；术中出血300～700（平均400）ml；术后3d引流量100—300（平均150）ml。术后X线评价，骨折对位对线良好，骨折愈合时间4～9个月。膝关节功能HSS评分：85分以上39例，70—84分10例，60—69分7例，优良率87．5％。结论股骨远端锁定加压钢板能有效固定股骨远端各型骨折，减少骨折不愈合与畸形愈合，促进膝关节功能的恢复，改善预后。

Evaluation of Locking Compression Plate for Treatment of Distal Femoral Fracture

Objective To investigate the efficacy of locking compression plate fixation to treat distal femoral fractures. Methods 56 cases admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 of distal femoral frac- tures,of which 15 cases of type A,7 cases of type B and 34 cases of C -type were investigated. Locking compression plate fixation were used after the distal femur fractures and postoperative x - ray fracture ,fracture healing and other in- dicators were evaluated. Evaluation of HSS was used for knee function score. Results 56 patients were followed up for 8 - 18 months with an average of 12 months. Operative time was 60 - 150 min with an average of 85 min. Blood loss was 300 -700 ml with an average of 400ml and drainage of 3 days after surgery was 100 -300 ml with an average of 150 ml. For postoperative x - ray evaluation, fractures were of good position on the line and fracture healing time was of 4 to 9 months. HSS knee function score： 39 cases were 85 points or more,, 10 cases were 70 - 84 points, and 7 cases were 60 - 69 points with good rate of 87.5 %. Conclusion The distal femur locking compression plate can be effectively fixed the distal femur fracture and reduce the fracture healing and malunion, and promote the recovery of knee function and improve prognosis.
