阴茎阴囊Z形皮瓣转移术治疗小儿重度隐匿阴茎

目的探讨小儿较严重、包皮细少的隐匿阴茎的手术治疗方法。方法采用阴茎阴囊转移Z形皮瓣术治疗重度隐匿阴茎67例，年龄2岁3月-6岁（平均年龄3岁9月）。结果术后阴茎出现暂时性肿胀，1—2周消失，无顽固性水肿、阴茎回缩、尿道损伤，阴茎体外形好，排尿顺畅。术后半年阴茎缝合疤痕消失。结论阴茎阴囊转移Z形皮瓣术治疗较严重的隐匿阴茎是一种并发症少、阴茎外形理想的手术方法。转移的阴囊Z形皮瓣可弥补阴茎皮肤的不足。

Transferring of Penis and Scrotum with Z - ShaPed Skin Flap for Pediatric Concealed Penis Treatment

Objective The surgical treatments for pediatric concealed penis which is more severe and less foreskin were investigated. Methods The surgical results of 67 cases of severe concealed penis, aged from 2 years 3 months to 6 years with a mean age of 3 years and 9 months, who received transfer of penis and scrotum using Z - shaped skin flap from January 2008 to March 2011 ,were analyzed. Results Temporary swelling of penis was occurred after the surgery and disappeared 1 or 2 weeks later. There were no intractable edema, urethral injury or penis retraction and had smooth urination and good shape penis. Penis suture scars disappeared half a year later. Conclusion The Z - shaped skin flap transfer of penis and scrotum surgery for more severe concealed penis is an ideaL treatment which has few complications after the surgery and has a good shape of penis. Z - shaped skin flap transfer of the scrotal skin may make up the penis skin insufficiency.
